Dean Smith has extensive experience in branch management and operations within the TF Solutions company since July 2016, currently serving as Branch Manager responsible for leading sales and operations. Previously, Dean held various roles including Regional Operations Manager overseeing multiple locations, Project Manager for new branch openings, Interim Branch Manager for daily operations, and a range of support and advisory positions. Prior experience includes serving as Night Manager at AJ's Fruit and Veg, handling customer orders and team management. Dean holds a degree in Social Policy and Criminology from The Open University.
