Josh Schaffer has extensive experience in supply chain and logistics management, currently serving as the Supply Chain Manager for Cessna at Textron since July 2023, where responsibilities include optimizing supply chain processes for aerospace parts and coordinating multi-site production. Previous roles include President of North America for Tiger Moy Logistics, where Josh developed logistics partnerships and managed operations, and Supply Chain & Logistics Manager at BAE Systems, overseeing demand forecasting and production scheduling. Additional experience includes demand planning and supply chain roles at companies such as Stryker, BASF, GlaxoSmithKline, Johnson & Johnson, Pfizer, and RR Donnelley. Josh holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Penn State University, and is pursuing two MBA degrees, one from Syracuse University and another from Central Michigan University focusing on Logistics and Supply Chain Management.
