Jim Glowacki is an accomplished professional with a robust background in supply chain management and operations. Currently serving as Vice President of Supply Chain at Textron Systems, Jim has previously held various leadership roles including Sr. Director of Strategic Operations and Director of Operations at the same company. Prior experience includes key positions such as Director of Manufacturing, Director of Product Management, and Production Manager at AAI Corporation, as well as Plant Manager at Electric Transit Incorporated. Jim's educational credentials include a Certified Master Black Belt in Continuous Improvement from Textron University, earned in 2012, and further studies at Textron University from 2008 to 2009.
