Jamie Reed, PHR, currently serves as the Human Resources Manager at Textron Systems, where support is provided for ATAC, the largest outsourced civilian tactical airborne training organization. With extensive experience at BNSF Railway from November 2008 to June 2022, Jamie held various roles including Principal HR Business Partner and Director of Talent Development. Previous positions include leadership roles at Tri Delta, Texas Woman's University, The University of Texas at Dallas, and Fort Lewis College. Jamie holds an MEd in Adult and Higher Education and a BS in Education from the University of Oklahoma and is currently pursuing further education at Walden University.
