Kari Spradlin currently serves as the Manager of Customer Care at Textron GSE since November 2012, bringing extensive experience in customer service from a prior role as a Customer Service Representative at Serco from July 2001 to August 2012. Kari holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Management and Operations from Kennesaw State University, earned between 2017 and 2021, along with an Associate of Science degree in Criminal Justice and Corrections from Seminole State College of Florida, completed from 2004 to 2009. Additionally, Kari is pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at Kennesaw State University, starting in January 2023.
