Renske Koster currently serves as the Industry Engagement Manager at Textile Exchange, a role held since April 2021 after progressing through various positions in Membership and Corporate Engagement. Prior experience includes a role as a Trilingual Customer Service Representative at Hermès and as a Sustainability Coordinator at PVH Corp., where Renske managed projects within the sustainable product team. In earlier roles, Renske worked as a Sales Assistant at De Rode Winkel, focusing on sustainable practices, and as a Product Assistant at Kings of Indigo, supporting sustainable fabric selection and product quality checks. Renske Koster holds a Master's degree in Environment and Society Studies from Radboud University and a Bachelor's degree in Fashion Technology from the Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences, supplemented by an Associate's degree in Photography from Foothill College.
