Norman joined Text Connects in March of 2022 as a front-end engineer. Heā€™s charged with making the user experience (UX) fun, look awesome, and feel intuitive, graceful and, in general, just great. Unless you have lived in a remote cabin the last ten years, you know that UX can mean the difference between success and failure of an app or online store.
