Prior to that, Blair worked as a Member Services Representative Level II at CHRISTUS Health. Before entering the healthcare industry, Blair was a Team Lead, Tier 2 Customer Care at Walmart eCommerce. Blair also has experience in customer accounts at Honda MPE Financial Services and as a Loan Counselor at Nationstar Mortgage. Blair holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Anthropology from the University of North Texas.
