Montserrat Herrera has extensive experience in skills development and customer service, currently serving as Responsable développement de compétences and Coach interne - facilitatrice intelligence collective at Texdecor Group since January 2022, while also holding multiple roles at Texdecor since September 2004, including Responsable service clientèle and assistante commerciale. Previous experience includes work as a Formatrice at Excelangues from September 2002 to November 2003.
