Heather Hall is currently the Division Director at the Texas Work Force Commission. Prior to their current position, Heather was the Director of Strategic Decision Support at the Texas Health and Human Services Commission from April 2016 to October 2016. In this role, Heather was responsible for overseeing the development of the HHS system Strategic Plan, establishing and maintaining a strategic operational plan for SDS, developing and maintaining policies and procedures governing the operations of the department, coordinating and approving program activities, monitoring compliance with relevant laws and regulations, developing measurement tools and protocols, and representing the agency at business meetings and conferences. Heather has a proven track record of success in senior-level managerial roles and is an expert in data analysis, decision-making, and policy development.

Heather Hall received their Ph.D. in Information Science from the University of North Texas. Heather also holds a Masters in Library and Information Science from The University of Texas at Austin and a B.A. in Latin from Baylor University. Heather is also certified as a Project Management Professional from the Project Management Institute.

Heather Hall reports to Ed Serna, Executive Director. They work with Mary York - Director, Clay Cole - Division Director, and Adam Leonard - Director.
