Jean Cozad Poteet possesses extensive experience in quality management and leadership, having held various roles at NXP Semiconductors since 1999, including Global Audit Lead Auditor, Global Quality Analyst, and M&A Integration Program Management. Poteet also serves as an Advisory Board Member for Not On Our Watch TX and operates as a Leadership Coach. As a founding board member and director for Texas Women in Business, Poteet is dedicated to empowering women through education and mentorship. Additional leadership roles encompass membership on the Anti-Counterfeit Task Force with the Semiconductor Industry Association and previous positions with Luke Lives On and the Young Women's Alliance. Poteet earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from California State University-Sacramento.
