Prior to this role, Serena worked at American Airlines Federal Credit Union, where Serena managed loan processing, member outreach, and also served as an Outbound Outreach Supervisor. With a Master's degree in Management and Leadership from Western Governors University, Serena has a strong educational background to complement their extensive work experience.
