Adam Levine is a seasoned finance and legal professional with extensive experience in portfolio management and investment strategy. Currently serving as Senior Portfolio Manager, Senior Advisor to the CIO, Chief Strategist, Chief Risk Strategist, and Portfolio Manager at Texas Treasury Safekeeping Trust Company since May 2010, Adam has a strong background in investment management. Prior roles include Senior Deputy State Investment Officer, Deputy State Investment Officer, and General Counsel at the New Mexico State Investment Office from November 2004 to April 2010. Adam was the CEO of Levine, Ltd., a transactional law practice, from June 1996 to November 2004, focused on assisting individuals and companies with business execution. Earlier experience includes working as an Associate at Berardinelli and Associates from July 1994 to June 1996. Adam holds an MBA from UNM Anderson School of Management, a JD from Santa Clara University School of Law, and a BA in Philosophy/Finance from the University of Arizona.
