Dustin Payne is an experienced attorney and certified public accountant with a diverse background in legal and financial services. Since August 2016, Dustin has served as a Fee Attorney at Texas Title and has concurrently led Dustin L. Payne & Associates since 2002. Previously, Dustin was part of the Audit Group at the Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts from 1987 to 2002. Dustin earned a Juris Doctor degree from Texas Wesleyan University between 1997 and 2001.
