Jennifer DeLeon is a seasoned procurement professional with extensive experience in the higher education sector. Since January 2019, Jennifer has served as the Director of Procurement for The Texas State University System, where responsibilities include overseeing purchasing activities and managing procurement initiatives. Previously, from June 2010 to November 2018, Jennifer held the position of Assistant Director of Purchasing at The University of Texas at Austin, managing high-profile solicitations, administering the procurement card program, and developing training programs for end users. Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marine Biology from Texas State University.
