Chao-Yo C. currently serves as Co-Director of the Centre for Political Economy and Institutional Studies and as a Lecturer in Quantitative Political and Social Research at Birkbeck, University of London, while also holding the position of Visiting Assistant Professor at the University of International Business and Economics. Previous roles include LSE Fellow at The London School of Economics and Political Science, Shuimu Postdoctoral Researcher at Tsinghua University, and various academic positions at the University of California, Los Angeles, and other institutions. Chao-Yo C. holds a Ph.D. in Political Science from UCLA, a Master’s Degree in Political Science from Columbia University, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism and Political Science from National Chengchi University, complemented by experiences as a visiting and exchange student at universities in Ireland and Hong Kong.
