Dale Pearce is the Founder and Principal Consultant at Pearce Advisors, providing interim leadership and business counsel to middle market and financial services companies since January 2021. Currently serving as a Director on the Board of Texas Security Bank, Dale is actively involved with various committees, including audit and technology. Dale previously held the role of Senior Advisor in the Financial Services Industry at KPMG, where significant contributions were made to go-to-market strategies for Fortune 50 banks. Earlier experience includes leadership positions at Wells Fargo, where Dale was Executive Vice President, overseeing Business Services and serving as CFO of Wholesale Banking. Dale's background also includes management consulting at Putnam, Hayes & Bartlett, and auditing at Arthur Andersen & Co. Dale earned a Master’s degree in Business Administration with a focus on Finance from Texas McCombs School of Business.
