LaDora Gilmore, MSHRD, is a skilled professional with extensive experience in human resources and member engagement. Currently serving as the Member Engagement Manager for the Texas Restaurant Association since May 2023, LaDora focuses on building strong member relationships and enhancing satisfaction through organized events. Previously, LaDora held roles as Human Resources Payroll Manager at Deer Creek of Wimberly Nursing Center and Onboarding Coordinator at AmeriVet Veterinary Partners, specializing in HR processes and compliance. LaDora also gained valuable experience as a Human Resources Training Coordinator Intern at Planet Home Lending, LLC, and in retail sales and customer service at Men's Wearhouse.
