Whitney Bridwell (Walker), SHRM-SCP has a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources. Whitney is currently working as a Human Resources Director at Texas Petroleum Group, LLC since August 2023. Prior to this, they served as a Senior Human Resources Manager at Symmetry Energy Solutions, LLC from February 2022 to August 2023.

In their previous roles, Whitney worked at PetWell Partners as an HR Director from September 2018 to July 2021 and as an HR Manager from April 2016 to September 2018. Before that, they worked at Stericycle as an HR Representative in the Environmental Solutions Division from January 2014 to March 2016. Whitney also worked at PSC, now part of Stericycle, as an HR Business Partner in the Environmental Services Division from August 2012 to December 2014 and as an HR Coordinator in the same division from January 2011 to August 2012.

Additionally, they worked as a Recruitment Consultant in the Permanent Hire Division at Swift Worldwide Resources from June 2010 to November 2010. Whitney started their career as a Communications Intern at Baton Rouge Area Chamber from January 2009 to December 2009.

Whitney Bridwell (Walker), SHRM-SCP, obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Communication Studies from Louisiana State University from 2006 to 2009. Prior to that, they attended Stratford High School in Houston, TX from 2002 to 2006. In terms of additional certifications, Whitney earned the SHRM - Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification from SHRM in February 2021, as well as the SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification in February 2015.
