Sonia Ray is a dedicated clinical administrative assistant at Texas Organ Sharing Alliance since October 2021, where key contributions include constructing reports that improved staffing models and maintaining a database for organ allocation to research. Previously, as a foster support coordinator at San Antonio Pets Alive!, Sonia earned employee of the month in October 2020 for successfully placing over 120 kittens in foster homes and initiated a project that transformed a storage space into a productive office area. Sonia also has experience as a certified pharmacy technician at CVS Pharmacy, where notable achievements included increasing customer enrollment and sales of flu shots, as well as addressing customer service issues. Earlier career beginnings include work as a laboratory technician at Texas A&M University, supporting research projects and managing supply inventories. Sonia holds a bachelor's degree in Cell/Cellular and Molecular Biology from Texas A&M University.
