Lorena Cortés Domínguez has extensive experience in taxation, compliance, and community service. As Principal CEO at TAXREPUBLIC, INC. since September 2009, Lorena provides consulting services and oversees quality controls in tax compliance for individuals and corporations. In addition to this role, Lorena serves as a U.S. Embassy Citizen Liaison Volunteer in Mexico City and founded Morelenses en Texas, a nonprofit organization supporting the Morelense community in Texas by promoting culture, education, and representation. Lorena is also a Commissioned Notary Public in Texas and previously held positions as a Registered Banker at Wells Fargo and in various roles at Aetna and Magellan Behavioral Health Care LLC. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Business Studies from Dallas Baptist University and two associate degrees from ESS College of Business.
