Kai Jin is an experienced supply chain professional with a career spanning over a decade in various leadership roles. Currently serving as a Global Sourcing Manager at Texas Instruments since October 2017, Kai oversees the OSAT quote system and package platform management, while previously holding positions as a Senior Supply Chain Analyst and Supply Chain Analyst, focusing on efficiency in sourcing processes and cost reduction. Prior to Texas Instruments, Kai worked at Toula Corporation as a Supply Chain / EDI Manager, leading logistics and operations, and at Huawei as a Logistics Coordinator. Educational qualifications include a Master’s in Supply Chain Management from Naveen Jindal School of Management at UT Dallas and dual Bachelor's degrees in International Business from the University of Indianapolis and Zhejiang University.
