Elizabeth Diaz's work experience includes various roles in the healthcare industry. Elizabeth started their career in 2004 as a Registered Nurse at Home Nursing and Therapy Services. From 2005 to 2006, they worked as a Registered Nurse at Nix Home Care. Elizabeth then returned to Home Nursing and Therapy Services in 2006, initially serving as a Quality Assurance professional and later as the Director of Nursing from 2007 to 2009. In 2009, they joined Restorative Health Care as a Registered Nurse and Case Manager until 2011. From 2011 onwards, they worked at Texas Healthcare Solutions, where they held the positions of Director of Nursing and Director of Nursing, Quality Assurance. Since 2017, Elizabeth Diaz has been a Quality Assurance Contractor at Complete Home Health Care, LLC.

Elizabeth Diaz obtained a Diploma in Nursing from the Baptist Health System School of Health Professions from 1995 to 1997.
