Kelsey Hitchingham is the Vice President of Finance and Operations at Texas Freedom Network. Prior to this role, Kelsey founded The Hitchingham Group and worked as a Climate and Energy Program Financial Analyst at Environmental Defense Fund. With a Bachelor's degree in Economics from The University of Texas at Austin, Kelsey has experience in grants administration and finance coordination from various organizations.
