Archie Lopez currently serves as the Executive Director of Strategic Initiatives at Texas Electric Cooperatives, where responsibilities include leading strategic planning, project management, and performance measurement, alongside enhancing communication processes and managing external marketing efforts. Previously, Archie held the role of Director Of Strategic Initiatives, overseeing cross-departmental projects aimed at organizational agility and member co-op communication. Archie also has experience as Director of System Maintenance at Pedernales Electric Cooperative and as a Sales Representative at Eli Lilly and Company. Early in the career, Archie served as a Field Artillery Officer in the United States Army. Archie holds a BA in Speech Communication from Central Washington University and further education from the University of Idaho.
