Nicole Ramirez, MBA, SHRM-SCP, serves as the Human Resources Director for Ancillary Services at GI Alliance since November 2018, previously holding the role of Senior Human Resources Manager. Concurrently, Nicole has been involved with Texas Digestive Disease Consultants as part of the Human Resources team since January 2020. Past experience includes serving as the Human Resources Director at Lubbock Digestive Disease from November 2018 to January 2020 and as an HR/Marketing/Account Analysis Specialist at SONIC Drive-In from June 2006 to April 2018, where advisory responsibilities spanned over 20 locations. Nicole also consulted for Juice Monkey in the summer of 2017, successfully developing an employee handbook. Educational credentials include an MBA with a concentration in Healthcare from the University of Texas at Tyler and a Bachelor's degree in Business with a concentration in Human Resources from Bay Path University.
