Jeffery Smoot is currently serving as the Business Operations Manager at Texas Department of Transportation since March 2016. Prior to this role, Jeffery worked as an Office Manager at Texas Attorney General from February 2009 to March 2016. Before that, Jeffery was a Paralegal - Team Lead at Linebarger Goggan Blair & Sampson, LLP from July 2007 to February 2009. Jeffery started their career as a Vault Representative at Guaranty Bank from August 2005 to July 2007 after graduating with a Bachelor's degree from the University of North Texas in 2005.
