Erika K. Kemp, PMP has extensive experience in project and program management, with a focus on strategic initiatives and innovation in the transportation sector. Erika K. served as the Strategic Initiatives and Innovation Division Director at the Texas Department of Transportation, leading the automation of transportation programs delivery. Prior to that, they were a Project Manager at Spicewood Arts Society, where they oversaw a rebranding project and website overhaul. Earlier in their career, Erika held various leadership roles at AT&T Mobility, including Vice President/GM, Vice President Sales Operations, Director of Indirect Sales, and Director of Sales Operations, where they managed teams and operations to achieve sales and financial goals.

Erika K. Kemp, PMP holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from South University. Additionally, they obtained various certifications including Prosci Change Management Practitioner Certification in 2020, Registered Yoga Trainer in 2018, Certified Texas Contract Manager in 2015, and Project Management Professional (PMP) in 2013 from the Project Management Institute (PMI).
