Sean Knox has over two decades of experience in software quality assurance and IT support across various industries. Currently serving as the Software Quality Assurance Manager at the Texas Department of Motor Vehicles since October 2016, Sean previously held the role of Product Development Manager and Software QA Engineer at RenewData USA. Expertise includes agile methodologies, effective communication with stakeholders, and managing teams to ensure timely project completion. Previous roles include Process Engineer and IT Technician at multiple organizations, where responsibilities encompassed process development, client interaction, and technical support. Sean holds an Associate’s Degree in Electrical, Electronic and Communications Engineering Technology from Texas State University.
