Glenna Bowman is a seasoned financial executive with extensive experience in accounting and management across multiple organizations. Since September 2021, Glenna serves as the Chief Financial Officer for the Texas Department of Motor Vehicles. Previously held the role of Executive Producer at SoundBeacon Entertainment, LLC, since June 2015, and held various financial leadership positions including Deputy Chief Financial Officer at the Texas Water Development Board and Chief Financial Officer at the Office of Court Administration, Texas Department of Agriculture, and Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission. In addition to financial roles, Glenna has a rich background in the performing arts, having directed the Godspring Youth Choir at Manchaca United Methodist Church and participated in numerous productions at The City Theatre and St Philip Episcopal Church. Glenna holds a Master of Accountancy from Texas State University-San Marcos and a BBA in Accounting from West Texas A&M University, complemented by independent studies in music composition and production.
