Jim Bowen has extensive experience in the transportation and management sectors, serving at Texas Crew since July 1981 in various capacities, including Mini Driver, where responsibilities included teaching evasive driving tactics and safe driving practices. As Chief Nose Grinder, Jim oversees morale issues within the company, addressing self-esteem challenges and supporting staff development. Prior to Texas Crew, Jim worked at Hickory Farms as an Assistant Manager Trainee, focusing on sausage arrangement and cheese testing. Jim holds a degree in PHPPPD, Radiant complexion from The Pond's Institute, attended from 1969 to 1973.
