Molly Woodard Thibodeaux is an experienced public policy manager with a strong background in family violence advocacy and crisis intervention. Currently serving as the Public Policy Manager at the Texas Council on Family Violence since November 2019, Molly has also held positions including Public Policy Coordinator at the same organization and Global Professional Instructor at the Crisis Prevention Institute. Prior roles include Development Coordinator at The Childrenā€™s Assessment Center, where Molly significantly increased event revenue, and Program Specialist V at the Texas Attorney General, focusing on family violence education and outreach. Molly's earlier experience includes various roles in program coordination, marketing, and client support, complemented by a solid educational foundation in Family and Consumer Sciences and Psychology from Lamar University, California State University, Fullerton, and the University of Houston-Clear Lake.
