Charles Beavers is a seasoned arts management professional with extensive experience in development and event coordination. Currently serving as Major Gifts Officer at Texas Ballet Theater since November 2022, Charles previously held positions at Theatre Three Inc. as Development Associate and Executive Director from November 2017 to November 2022. As Performing Arts Coordinator/Technical Director for the City of Dallas from November 2014 to August 2016, responsibilities included planning and supporting theater events, fundraising, and political engagement. Charles also worked as a Production Assistant for Turtle Creek Chorale from August 2012 to October 2014, managing production schedules and communications. Academically, Charles holds a Master's degree in International Arts Management from both Southern Methodist University and HEC Montréal, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Theatre from UT Arlington.
