Lisa Bloemer is an experienced Escrow Officer and Closing Specialist at Texas American Title Company since September 2020. In addition, Lisa serves as President and Owner of Pelican Escrow Services, a position held since 2014. Lisa is also pursuing education at Southeastern Louisiana University, which began in 1999 and continues to the present.
