Samson DeSessa has extensive experience in fire and emergency services, serving at Naval Air Station Joint Reserve Base Fort Worth since January 2001 in various leadership roles, including Fire Chief, Deputy Fire Chief, Assistant Fire Chief, and Fire Marshal, along with initial service as a Firefighter. Additionally, Samson DeSessa has been an Agency Instructor IV with the Texas A&M Engineering Extension Service since February 2008 and is a veteran of the United States Air Force, where service as a Fire Protection Specialist occurred from July 1991 to December 2000. Educational qualifications include a degree in Fire Science and Technology from the Community College of the Air Force and a Fire Service Chief Executive Officer (FSCEO) degree from Mays Business School at Texas A&M University.
