Susan Howells has over 20 years of experience in the recruitment and staffing sector. Susan started their career at Personnel One in 1996 as a Branch Manager and held this position until 2002. In 2002, Susan joined Tews Company as the Director of Business Development for their Information Technology Division. In this role, they provided contract and full-time recruiting solutions for businesses in various areas such as information technology, administration, accounting, and human resources. Tews Company is a well-established company in Orlando and has grown to become one of Central Florida's largest independent professional recruiting and placement firms.

Susan Howells completed their education at the University of Central Florida from 1991 to 1995, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Organizational Communications. In addition, they obtained a certification in RLF from the Society for Information Management in November 2018.
