Mackenzie Clark is a legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law, currently serving as Vice President of Legal at Tevir Capital since January 2023. Prior to this role, Mackenzie held the position of Legal Counsel at Torstar Corporation from May 2022 to January 2023. Previously, Mackenzie worked at DLA Piper as a Corporate Associate from September 2017 to January 2022, focusing on transaction-based corporate/commercial law, including advising on mergers and acquisitions and financing for startups. Mackenzie also completed an Articling Student position and a Summer Student role at DLA Piper. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of Aberdeen, earned between 2009 and 2013.
