Todd A. Rohr is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law. Currently serving as Senior Legal Counsel at Teva Pharmaceuticals since October 2015, Todd provides in-house legal support to a major pharmaceutical company. Prior to this role, Todd practiced at CCG ® - Corporate Counsel Group LLP from June 2008 to June 2015, where advisory work to a $20+ billion NYSE-traded client included drafting and negotiating complex multimillion-dollar contracts. Todd's earlier experience includes serving as an attorney at Smith Law Group, PC from March 2000 to June 2008, where significant contributions were made to business client acquisition, and at Copilevitz & Canter, LLC from January 1988 to March 2000, focusing on commercial contracts and foreclosure management. Todd holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Missouri-Kansas City and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from The University of Kansas.
