Komary’s earlier experience since 2009 involved significant financial leadership as Finance Director for Cost of Goods Sold, overseeing approximately $11B, and leading cross-functional teams to enhance accountability and transparency. With a strong background in capital expenditure, costing strategies, and operational planning, Komary has also contributed to management consulting in the BioPharma sector and holds degrees in Biotech Engineering and an MBA, complemented by certifications in Six Sigma and Monte Carlo Simulation.
