Pooja Bhal has been working in the IT industry since 2006. Pooja began their career as an R & D Engineer at Nokia Siemens Networks, then moved on to EMC as a Software Engineer in 2010. In 2013, they joined Compunnel Software Group Inc. (Client : TechMahindra) as a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer. In 2014, they worked at XpertVantage (Client : TechMahindra) as a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer. In 2015, they were a QA Test Lead at Tech Mahindra, and in 2018 they were a UAT Lead at Lenora Systems Inc (Client : T-Mobile). Currently, they are a Lead Quality Assurance Engineer at Prompt.io.

Pooja Bhal holds a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) from Bangalore Institute of Technology, affiliated to Visvesvaraya Technological University, and a Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA) from RCC, Lucknow, affiliated to Makhanlal Chaturvedi University, Bhopal. In addition, they have obtained several certifications, including a Google Project Management Specialization from Coursera in December 2021, a Test Automation with Selenium and Java Course from QODEMY in September 2019, a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) from the Scrum Alliance in March 2022, and a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) from the Scrum Alliance in February 2022.
