Michael Donnelly is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program management and business development. Currently serving as Senior Program Manager at Tetra Tech since March 2019, Michael previously held the position of Vice President at Ecology and Environment, Inc. from March 2010 to March 2018, where responsibilities included leadership in business development and strategic efforts. Michael also served as Office Manager earlier in the career. Educational qualifications include a Master of Environmental Management from Duke University and a Bachelor of Science in Applied Biology from Xavier University.
