Melanie Reddaway is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations management, having held key leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as Head of Operations at Tetra Tech International Development since October 2020, Melanie oversees corporate and project office operations, develops performance measurement platforms, and ensures financial targets are achieved. Prior roles include General Manager at Seaford Day Surgery and McLaren Vale & Districts War Memorial Hospital, where Melanie demonstrated a strong track record in non-clinical oversight, business development, and strategic operational improvements, notably turning a significant annual loss into profit. Previous experience includes consulting for a not-for-profit accounting firm, project management consultancy, and academic roles at the University of Adelaide, culminating in a PhD in Management.
