Gema Aragones-Novoa is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in contracts, grants, and procurement management, particularly in USAID-funded projects. Currently serving as a Senior Contracts, Grants and Procurement Manager at Tetra Tech since October 2013, Gema has played pivotal roles in significant programs, including the $114 million Consolidated and Enhanced Livelihoods Initiative of Central Colombia.
