Diana Korsakaite serves as the District Heating Sector Lead for the USAID Energy Security Project at Tetra Tech since September 2020, focusing on the development of efficient and sustainable district heating systems in Ukraine. Previous roles include Senior Expert in Regulation and Markets at ELIA GRID INTERNATIONAL, and Chief of Party for the USAID Municipal Energy Reform Project in Ukraine at RTI International, where responsibilities included enhancing energy security and GHG emissions reduction. Diana's regulatory experience spans leadership positions at the National Control Commission for Prices and Energy and the Communications Regulatory Authority of the Republic of Lithuania. An accomplished academic, Diana has lectured on energy regulation and business strategy, holding multiple advanced degrees, including a Master of Science in Energy Policy from the University of Sussex.
