Carlijn Van Den Heuvel is an experienced customs manager currently employed at Tetra Laval International since October 2023, following a similar role at Innocent Drinks from November 2019 to November 2023. Prior to these positions, Carlijn worked as a Senior Excise & Customs Analyst at Cargill and has held various consulting roles at EY, including Senior Consultant and Consultant in Indirect Tax-Global Trade. Early career experiences include a volunteer coordinator position with Movement on the Ground and internships in indirect tax at Baker & McKenzie and EY. Carlijn holds a Master of Science in Fiscal Economics with a focus on Indirect Taxes from Tilburg University and has previous academic experience at Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez and Mondriaan College.
