Joe Maxwell has over 30 years of experience in the software development field, beginning as a Programmer at Systems Development at Virginia Tech from 1986 to 1989. Following this role, Joe Maxwell earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Virginia Tech in 1991. Since June 1991, Joe Maxwell has been with TDS Health, where career progression includes positions as Software Developer, Director of Development, and currently, Vice President of Software Development.
