Ted Trueblood has held a number of positions in the technology and customer service industries since 2005. From 2005 to 2008, they were a Program Manager at Circuit City, followed by a role as Director of Sales/Regional Sales Manager at Exceptional Innovation, Inc. from 2008 to 2010. Ted then moved to Theater Venture Group Corporation in 2010, where they were a Project Manager. In 2011, they joined Xcite Audiovisuals, where they held roles as Senior Sales Engineer and Operations Manager. In 2019, Ted became a Senior Sales Engineer at AVI Systems, followed by a Sales Engineer role at Teliax, Inc. in 2020. Most recently, in 2021, they joined Evolve IP as a Sales Engineer. Ted is currently employed as the Head of Solutions Engineering at Tethr, a research-backed conversation analytics platform, where they are responsible for pre-sales consulting and solution design.

Ted Trueblood obtained a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology - Cyber Security from Colorado State University in 2015. In 2019, they obtained a Certified Technology Specialist- Design (CTS-D) from AVIXA. In 2015, they obtained an Electronic Systems Certified Designer (ESC-D) and an Electronic Systems Certified Network Engineer (ESC-N) from CEDIA.
