Matthias Gross is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in requirements and test management. As a Partner at TestGilde GmbH since October 2011, Matthias focuses on coaching and consulting in these areas. Prior to this role, Matthias served as a university lecturer at Duale Hochschule Baden-Württemberg (DHBW) Mosbach from December 2008 to November 2022, teaching Quality Assurance for Software Products and Introduction to Computer Science. Matthias has also held significant positions at SQS Group from October 2007 to September 2011, including Delivery and Operation Manager for Egypt and Consultant specializing in eHealth and Banking. Matthias began the professional journey as a Dual Student at freenet AG, while simultaneously pursuing a Diplom in Wirtschaftsinformatik at Baden-Wuerttemberg Cooperative State University (DHBW).
