Matthew is skilled in negotiating contracts with carriers, managing teams of transportation coordinators, overseeing shipping operations, training employees, and implementing Lean/Six Sigma processes. Matthew also has experience in international shipping, inventory management, and warehouse organization. Matthew holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management from Herzing University.
