Avani Pandey has a diverse work experience in talent acquisition and human resources. Avani is currently working as a Talent Acquisition Lead (UK/EU) at Test Yantra since 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Dabster from 2018 to 2021, where they held roles as a Talent Acquisition Specialist and later as a Talent Acquisition Associate. At Dabster, they specialized in recruiting for permanent, contract, and temporary positions in the technology consulting industry. Before that, they completed an MBA final semester internship at HR Anexi Pvt. Ltd. in 2017, where they gained experience in talent assessment, organization development, and employee engagement. In 2016, they also completed an MBA 1st semester internship at Little Internet Private Limited, where they contributed to a hyperlocal deals discovery platform.

Avani Pandey attended ISBR Business School from 2016 to 2018, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration. Prior to that, they attended Earthinators Climate School from 2013 to 2016, earning a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree with a specialization in Taxation.
